Community Garden Updates

Thursday April 4th 2024 - Lots of work has been accomplished so far. Thanks to our community coming together to help get this initiative off the ground. So far, we have completed 3 raised garden beds and have 3 more to build. In total we will have 6 raised garden beds to produce healthy vegetables to be donated to those in our community. Below is a list of needs as well as opportunities for you to get involved.

Needs:

• Vegetable seeds

• Volunteers to help spread mulch and fill the raised beds

• 2-3 Picnic tables to be placed around the community garden that will give those in our community a place to picnic and rest while working in the garden.
